- Payment schedules and milestones will be outlined in your project proposal or service contract.
- A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before project commencement.
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may attract interest charges as specified in your service agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy or service agreement. Please contact us before initiating any chargebacks.
Confidentiality
- Both parties acknowledge that during the course of our engagement, confidential and proprietary information may be shared. We agree to:
- Keep all client data, business information, and project details strictly confidential.
- Not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
- Use confidential information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
- Implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential information.
- This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement between the parties.

- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with applicable Nigerian arbitration law.
- You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above processes.
Termination
- Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service contract. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- You fail to make payments when due.
- We are required to do so by law.
- Continued provision of services becomes commercially unviable.
